What are your office hours?

Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, during which time we’ll be happy to help you choose the unit that’s right for your needs.

Can you accept deliveries on my behalf?

Not at this time.

Can I drive my car around the property?

We encourage you to! Our driveways are extremely large, and we provide the absolute easiest access in the area. You could even drive around our facility in an 18-wheeler without having to turn around.

Will my storage unit have an electric outlet?

For the safety of you and your belongings, we do not run electricity through the units.

What kind of lock do you recommend that I purchase?

We find that round-keyed disc locks are the most secure. These locks are extremely difficult to tamper with.

Do you charge an administration fee?

We do charge a one-time $10 administration fee before moving in.

Do I have to pay a deposit?


Will someone answer me if I call after business hours?

Yes. We utilize a 24-hour answering service, which allows us to take your calls should you have a problem or need to speak with someone. Our manager, Cathy, is helpful and always willing to assist you.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Do you ever prorate rent?

We prorate your first month of rent. If you move in after the 1st, we’ll take a discount off your rent for that month!

What do you do to keep bugs out of my rental?

Pest control is a very important part of storage. That’s why we implement pest control services every month.

Is your property clean?

It sure is. Our maintenance man is here five days a week and is always looking for ways to clean and maintain the property. You’ll find that our facility is in extremely good condition.

Where can I throw my trash away?

We have an onsite dumpster free for you to use. Many of our tenants find this handy on move-in day when boxes and packing supplies are shifting around during the move.

What’s your best security feature?

Our video surveillance is the biggest asset for the security of our facility. We have cameras both inside and outside of the property to keep record of all activity.

Does your entrance gate use a security code?

Yes. When you secure your reservation, you will be given your own security code. Each tenant has a different one, and each tenant is required to enter it three times during a visit: upon entry to the property, upon entry to the building, and upon exiting the property. This feature allows us to resolve any issues quickly, as we can track who was at our facility and when.
